Sydney Spanish Guitar Studio was established in 1995 and is dedicated to the Art of Teaching the Spanish Guitar.  It is the only studio in Sydney to specialise exclusively in this style.

Our aim is to pass on the art of playing the Spanish Guitar as it relates back to its origins in Spain.  We encourage the highest possible standards of guitar playing and teaching.

We are committed to openly sharing knowledge and ideas.

At Sydney Spanish Guitar Studio we cater to each aspect of learning and teaching.  Our services include:

• Private, one-to-one tuition for all age groups and levels of experience, including helping students prepare for AMEB Exams.
• Workshops and Master classes for players to expand their skill base, with visiting Artists from Overseas and Interstate.
• Guitar and Accessories Shop – selling guitars, strings and sheet music.
• Performances: Concerts, Receptions or Functions.

The Spanish Guitar consists of two basically different styles: one is the Classical, the other is Flamenco. The Classical Guitar is perhaps more refined in its quality of sound and more studied. The Flamenco Guitar however, comes out of "The Soil, the People and the History" of Andalucía in the South of Spain.

Both styles are offered at our studio.
